JESSICA CLEMENT

Founder / Owner

Jess (please call her Jess) has been working professionally in film and TV for over 20 years - which is wild because she still plays 17 on TV! She brings a wealth of on-set experience to her coaching. As an actor, Jess has recently starred in projects alongside Nicolas Cage, Richard Gere, Bryan Cranston, and Allison Janney. She plays major recurring roles in Amazon’s Gen V, CROSS, and the Reacher spin-off: Neagley. Jess also leads the Shudder original Night of the Reaper, set to release this year, and stars in the upcoming feature Lucky Weekend, alongside Kevin, Alexa and Clarice. As a coach, Jess has helped many of her students sign with top-tier agents, book roles, and stand out in auditions—with a focus on both the craft and the business side of acting. She’s passionate about creating a positive, supportive space where actors can grow, take risks, and discover what they uniquely bring to the work.

ALEXA BARAJAS

Owner

Alexa Barajas is a Mexican/Canadian actress born in Guadalajara, Mexico before moving to Vancouver, Canada at the age of eleven. Alexa is most well known for her recent work as Teen Mari on Showtime's original 10-time Emmy Nominated series, Yellowjackets. Early in her career, Alexa booked roles on series including Fox's Wayward Pines, CW's Charmed and later went on to recur for 3 seasons on Greg Berlanti's CW hit comic book series, The Flash as the villainous 'Ultraviolet'. In 2023, she starred in the Tubi Original feature film ROMI which premiered at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal and went on to screen at Calgary International Film Festival and Blood In The Snow. Next, Barajas can be seen in the coming-of-age feature film Lucky Weekend that she stars in and steps into the role as an Executive Producer on the film as well.

GREG SOLOMON

Owner

Greg is a Hamilton-based actor who has had the opportunity to work alongside some of the best talent in the country for over 10 years. While he earned his Bachelor of Musical Theatre degree from Sheridan College, he was hired as a coach to work with his peers and other students. He has been a part of countless workshops, bringing new shows to life, and is recognized for his quick work with text and character development. Most notably, Greg was the recipient of Best Performer in a Musical for his performance as Leo Frank in Parade, nominated alongside actors from the Shaw and Stratford Festivals, and Mirvish Productions. He recently adjudicated the NTS Drama Festival, and is excited to continue working with actors of all ages to get the most out of their work.

KEVIN ALVES

Owner

Kevin Alves is a Canadian born film and television actor most well known for his most recent work on Showtime’s original series Yellowjackets. He began his work in his teenage years while juggling traveling the world to 20 different countries as a world class figure skater. Once reaching two World Figure Skating Championships and being ranked in the top 30 in the world. Kevin went on to recur on Teen Nick's Degrassi: The Next Generation, Freeform's Shadowhunters as Bat Velasquez from The Mortal Instruments and Netflix’s Locke & Key as Javi Gonzalez. Currently, Kevin is a series regular finishing his third season as Travis Martinez in Showtime’s genre bending, 10-time Emmy Nominated Series Yellowjackets. He also has his directorial debut coming with the indie-heist film Lucky Weekend set to do its festival run in 2025/26. 

CLARICE WOOD

Coach

Clarice Wood is a Canadian actor and graduate of Humber College’s Acting for Film & Television program where she received the distinguished Brian Linehan Film & Television Award for Outstanding Performance & Artistic Promise. Most recently, Clarice starred in the upcoming Bell Fibe TV series Cows Come Home as Victoria Orchid, and in the indie-heist movie Lucky Weekend. She also starred in the coming-of-age film Benevolent, which went on to screen at 16 festivals across North America, and is now available to stream on Amazon Prime in the US & the UK. Clarice made her theatrical directorial debut at Toronto Fringe Festival in 2019, but started directing youth theatre in 2012 in the Kitchener-Waterloo region before breaking into the Toronto market. She looks forward to bringing her passion for the craft of acting and an enthusiastic curiosity for script analysis to her coaching style.

CAROLINE CONCORDIA

Coach

Caroline is a multi-talented artist from Hamilton, with a rich background in acting, writing, and producing. She began her journey at Theatre Aquarius at age seven and earned an HBA in Theatre and Film from McMaster University. Caroline has appeared in several commercials, television shows, and independent short films—recent TV credits include Accused (FOX), Cruel Intentions (Amazon), and the upcoming The Last Frontier (Apple). She is looking forward to continuing coaching at Hamont Acting Studio and unlocking the potential of the stars of tomorrow! Caroline has studied at various studios in Toronto and enjoys helping new and seasoned actors unlock their best performances
